Established December 2018, the Carnivorous Bastards were started by a group of friends to celebrate their love for grilling and all things meat.
Today the Carnivorous Bastards is a core team of four individuals. We are Big Green Egg and natural charcoal enthusiasts. We look forward to our next cooks and like any passionate hobbyist, can talk for days about our experiences, advice or next meaty conquest.

Sunday dinners for Jay have been 85% steak dinners since birth. It's maybe because of his high protein diet that the idea of Carnivorous Bastards was born.

Matt perfected his natural charcoal craft on a Weber kettle grill before moving over to a BGE XL. Always one to take meals up a notch, Matt's mouth watering cooks often invoke #MeatSweats even through your digital device.
